The prices are bump up for no reason, $50 on gel nails? And i asked the person she said because a added coat. That i didnt ask for. Also, three other ppl complained about their nails while i was there. This a hour less time being there. Go to other nail salon

I’ve been coming here for a while now.

And I must say, this place never disappoints. Everyone is very friendly; walk-ins and appointments are available, but appointments are highly recommended.

The service wasn’t great and it’s not clean. It felt dirty and I don’t think they follow best sanitary practices. Pedicure was fine, but she did almost no massage and missed a few other basic steps. No lotion… The prices seem arbitrary so ask what the standard price is and then ask what they will charge you for the “extra”. Ie square French is $10 but round French is $15 extra. Manicure was also just ok. She did not do a good job on my cuticles, didn’t clean under my nails and also the shape wasn’t the best. Prices were very reasonable but I will not be coming back.

Cleanliness: It was not clean. I would not go back just for that reason. It did not look clean. Things in the floor, tools not properly sanitized.

The person that answered the phone has really poor costumer service qualities. 1. Did not understand my question regarding nails (yet it’s a nail salon). 2. Was really rude 3. Hung up on me and i called back and they just said “manager not here, call later” .. when i asked when is later, the reply I got was “i dunno, later”. Was really looking forward to doing my nails there but if the person answering the phone can’t be polite .. no thanks.

Service and prices were good but didn’t seem very clean. The tools weren’t in individual sealed packets which is the standard at other nearby salons and nail filers looked very chaffed.

I’ve been living in NYC for 7 years - have gotten my nails done at countless places. I will never go anywhere BUT Emmy Nails. The quality, price point, service, and atmosphere is unparalleled. I absolutely adore everyone there - thank you thank you thank YOU! ((Also the fill lasts up to THREE weeks)) absolute top notch. 11/10 recommend.

My toes were in desperate need of attention last week, so I took a chance on this spot I found through google maps and really enjoyed both the quality of work and service that Yvonna (sorry if spelled wrong) gave me.

I usually hate going to nail salons because they rarely do the simple services I want properly and/or without attitude, turning it into a stressful experience, but she was polite, patient, and attentive, and listened to what I wanted without any issue. Of course they’re the professionals, but every customer is different—some of us are picky about shape etc, but especially when it’s your first time at a spot and they don’t know what you like yet… it can get aggravating when techs refuse to listen to requests and then you don’t like your results after. So it was refreshing having such an all around positive experience.

I loved how my toes came out and I was in and out quickly. The prices also seemed reasonable for the area. It’s a little out of the way for me, so I wish it was closer but I don’t mind a little inconvenience in exchange for good service. Def will be returning.

Requested style: I don’t know who’s doing the designs in these review’s pictures but when I went the person that did my nails didn’t know how to do any design but French so I had to settle for that. I won’t be going back here.
