This was far most the best experience I had at a spa. Zhanna, who was amazing. She Initially set up the the appointment for my massage and the spa Itinerary included the sauna and changing room with showers and etc. very private and we didn’t have to share Sauna Or lounge area which made my experience even more great. The place it’s self is amazing felt like a getaway,The Decour the aromatherapy the lighting overall a stunning place. I didn’t want to leave at ALL. Felt at peace. Richard worked wonders on my back. It was probably the best massage I have ever had; and I have had quite a few. He communicated well to make sure the pressure was just as I preferred and he was polite and friendly too. I was so relaxed when I was done with my massage which I so needed so thanks Richard. The facilities are nice too wish I could have gotten a facial but due to Covid restrictions this service is not being offered yet; which I understand. They did a great job of keeping everyone in separate relaxation areas to maintain social distancing but not rushing the process which I appreciated.
I love this place! When I need a calming environment, this is where I go. The massages have always been excellent no matter who I see and the staff up front are very professional and accommodating. I away ask family for gift certificate to D’mai because it’s my best relief from a crazy life. Highly recommend!
