Bad costumer service, The place was empty and the only lady who was there was just talking by phone , she keep talking, had to tell her 3 times she miss sone spots, never stop taking by phone... left me all sticky and not even say bye or nothing... its covid... you want to build customers not make then not come again... specially if they have the same prices everywhere...
Bella is my girl! I've been coming here for about 4 years now and it is a dope spot. I just wished the construction for the subway was over because sometimes they are closed without any warning and then you have to travel to the Graham location.
The owner, Salima, was very professional and nice. She tinted my eyebrows, and threaded them, saving me hundreds of dollars from micro blading or micro feathering( which would have been in the $200- $500 range) I highly recommend her!!
