Tremendously professional. Alaskan Sun is the best place to tan. I recommend that everyone should come here to make their skin golden brown, deep and rich! Prices are cheap. Everything is clean and organized. I am 100% satisfied with the service they offer.

I've been going to the 3rd Ave Alaskan Sun for about 4 or 5 years. The equipment is well maintained and the staff is some of the nicest, most helpful and patient front desk staff in Bay Ridge so the manager must be doing something right to retain such terrific employees. My only complaint, and it's a big one, is that the rooms REALLY need a good cleaning and some basic TLC. It honestly looks like a crime scene in some of the rooms with stuff splattered on the walls and carpet so old and stained, I'm afraid to step on it with bare feet. Seems like a simple fix that could have a huge impact.

Love this place !!! The girls are always helpful and gorgeous !when I first started tanning I fair skinned meaning I burn however I tan very well after I burn. I told one of the girls there this and she set me up in bed 3 started me off for 8 minutes after a week I went up to 12 and I'm dark as anything . The beds are always cleaned and if your a germ freak like me they'll literally clean it again if you ask which in some places you'll usually get the eye roll from a worker but not here !
