Mariano was very responsive and accommodating with a situation we wanted to address immediately. He provided expertise and performed the inspection quickly. We're waiting for the results and corresponding recommendation. So far, our interactions have been very professional. Absolutely a life saver. Was able to get in the same day and provide mold inspection results literally two business days later, with a detailed analysis. I was under a real bind but was able to get major reassurance that there were no issues with the condo I was trying to purchase. Do not hesitate. Honest, reliable, and professional.
