Luis and his team provided outstanding, seamless service in replacing both my central air conditioning system’s outdoor unit and indoor air handler. The crew of five arrived promptly at 7:00 AM and worked efficiently in parallel, indoors and outdoors, to complete the entire installation by noon. Throughout the process, they demonstrated professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail. I highly recommend Luis and his team for anyone in need of HVAC services.

The guys came on time as they kept me informed that they were on the way. The job was done in a timely manner and both guys were very polite and didn't mind my questions. After they were done, they checked for leaks and explained what they did. I definitely would recommend NY Boiler& Air Conditioning for your needs. I forgot to mention the unit they worked on was a tankless heater and water unit by Navien. They were the only company that did not give any excuses or reasons that they couldn't do it. They have experience with this unit and that made us feel more comfortable with our choice.

I’m beyond disappointed with the service I received from NY Boiler and Air Conditioning. I was charged significantly more for a repair that cost $2,500 last year, despite being told that everything would be covered under warranty. On top of that, I was billed $600 for a part that retails for $16 on Amazon—an outrageous markup that simply cannot be justified.
What made the experience even worse was the technician’s unprofessional and demeaning attitude. When I questioned the charges, instead of explaining the costs calmly, he became loud, defensive, and dismissive. He went so far as to say, “Don’t own a house if you can’t afford to maintain one.” That kind of comment is completely unacceptable and offensive.
To make matters worse, he began talking about his own insurance costs, his overhead, his bills, and what he has to pay as a business owner—as if that somehow justified overcharging customers. Let me be clear: as a business owner, you should NEVER unload your overhead costs onto your clients or make them feel responsible for your bottom line. It was disgustingly unprofessional and completely inappropriate.
This interaction left me feeling taken advantage of and disrespected. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional service experiences I’ve ever had. I hope this helps others make a more informed choice.

Overall, my project is done to my satisfaction. Be aware that changing a boiler is a messy process. They know this, and they do take steps to avoid messing up your home. Still, you will have some clean up to do when they’re done, at least that was my experience Also, I don’t know where they got the idea that it would be okay to use my wife’s Tupperware to drain heating oil into.

I had an oil boiler to gas fired condensing combination boiler conversion done. Louie was very professional and explained everything thoroughly. Janine made sure every step of the project was understood and ran smoothly. I am very pleased with the new system. Not only did they do a good job they came in with the best price.
