We were on vacation in our Motorhome and got stranded in Reno with an overheating issue. After being turned away by multiple shops, we were referred to Ramage. We pulled in and spoke with Jim, the owner. He too was extremely busy and couldn’t fit us in, but he took time out of his busy schedule to make some calls for us. He got us in touch with another mechanic who got us taken care of. Without Jim’s help, we would have easily been stuck in Reno for at least a month. If his mechanical skills are anything like his customer service, you can’t go wrong with this shop! Thanks again Jim.

I have worked with Jim for over 20 years and has always made extra efforts to keep my trucks in good maintenance. He is very thorough and addresses service items as they come due. He is very trustworthy and honest with his repairs.

I called to get the A/C checked out in late August on our Motorhome as was told they could do it but might take a couple of weeks due to how busy they were. Jim said they would try and work it in. Two days later I got a call from Jim who said it was all done and works good. That is why this company has been in business for over 30 years because of good service and competitive prices. Thanks Ramage. Would recommend!
