my appointment was 10:20am I was waiting until 11:00am now my wife asked Elisabeth at front service employee she just told her you need wait no explanation she was very rude according to my wife.again we here service sucks front desk Elisabeth not friendly at all appointment 3 we waiting 1hrs no wonder review 😉

Very bad service from the counter lady Elizabeth who had many patients and the waiting room was empty at 3.30 pm and they did not want to serve professional people and the doctors because they no longer want to serve after 3 pm

Horrible service. My mom went in to pick up some results and the receptionist had no sympathy, just told her the results right then and there at the front desk. No privacy whatsoever.She inflicted fear of what could be going on and even told her there's no cure. She is not a Doctor and her results called for further testing as it's unspecified, she should not be giving her personal opinion and worrying patients.
