I can't say enough good things about this company! The job was top notch and reasonably priced. The work was done neatly and efficiently. All of the crew were respectful of our property and arrived promptly and cleaned up fairly thoroughly. It was a pleasure to work with John, he was responsive and adapted well to our needs. This is the best contractor experience we've had in our home!
I recently had a full roof installed and 6 months later had a repair done on my rental. I did not price shop as the price seemed reasonable. The service was excellent and their communication was exemplary! Pictures were taken so I could see things as they were working from the inspections to the final roof and repair.
For something that I had been dreading to get done, the experience was great. Brittany walked me step by step through the entire process. She was very patient and understanding. She took the time to explain everything very thoroughly so that I knew exactly what to expect. The crew that came to do the work was also exceptional. They were considerate and friendly and cleaned up every step of the job. I would highly recommend Zia for any roofing needs. They definitely go above and beyond to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience!
