    I would like to thank Good Sense RV for helping us out of a recent jam.We were leaving early in the morning from Albequerque en route to Flagstaff in our RV when we damaged one of the stabilizer jacks leaving a parking lot which had a dip at it's exit. I managed to remove most of it myself, but couldn't drive the vechile safely with what was remaining and could not silence the safety alarm.We arrived at Good Sense well before opening and met service manager Steve on his way into work. He quickly accommodated us and within minutes technician Jason came out and silenced the alarm. I then went into the office and the friendly counter staff quickly arranged to have our RV repaired as soon as possible upon opening even though they were fully booked for the day.Jason removed the damaged part and we were on our way!Thanks again Good Sense RV. I would highly recommend you to anybody who needs RV service.

    We bought a used RV from Good Sense. The entire experience was a good experience. Because it was a used RV after we got it out on the road a few things needed some work. Good Sense RV fixed everything and was able to get us back in our RV within just a small amount time. The whole crew at the service center was nice and professional. The crew over at the sales office were also nice and professional. I highly recommend Good Sense RV. We love the F#@* out of this thing!!!

    August 27th I purchased my RV. Both Brian and Alfred said they wanted it to be "perfect" for me, so they kept the RV so repairs could be made. I was given 3 different pick up dates because the RV still wasn't ready. Finally my husband brought the RV home. My excitement however, was short lived. The headlights, break lights, turn signals, steps, one of the jacks, and generator were not working. I called the service department and spoke to Steve, who informed me they could not see me for several weeks. I was able to take my RV in on October 5th. It is now October 14th. No contact from Good Sense RV. When I call no one in service answers. I left a message with no call back. I now own an RV that has caused me nothing but stress, aggravation, and disappointment. So much for it being "perfect". I wish I never bought the RV and will be looking to sale it, if it is ever really fixed.Shelley Flynt

    We were enjoying our last day at the Balloon Fiesta when the awning on our RV broke, making it impossible to travel home the next day. Good Sense RV had a service manager and technician on site and were at our vehicle in 5 minutes! Steve was super friendly and helpful, and Justin, the tech., had our awning secured and ready to travel in no time. Good Sense RV has fast, friendly service, extremely reasonable rates, and a real commitment to making sure visitors enjoy their time in Albuquerque. Just wish we had Good Sense RV in my home town. Thanks guys!!!

    Was at the Balloon Fest and had an issue with my electric plug in for my RV. Called Good Sense and Richard came out and fixed me up. Very pleasant young man who also taught me how to fix it when I am on the road, if necessary. Had a small hiccup with the size of the plug fitting in my RV bay. Steve, the manager, came out and cheerfully changed out the new plug. No charge for the return visit. Great small business. They wanted to make sure I was well taken care of. Appreciated the mobile service. Highly recommend!!

    We arrived at the Albuquerque international balloon festival with alarms ringing got parked called for help to the good since RV and auto service. Steve, knows his stuff. We had electrical problems and he was able to diagnose, do some bypassing to help with the situation. He was not able to find the part that we needed. Steve get us going enough so we could get home to California thank you. Steve you are awesome!! Thank You2015 Fleetwood Excursion 33d.

    I'm from out of state and had an issue with my RV. I got my RV towed here and was told the parts wouldprobably be in that week so I booked an Airbnb to wait. The parts weren't in by a week so I boarded my dogs for another week and flew home. After the second week, I drove my car 10 hours to pick up my dogs because the parts still hadn't come in. There's a parts shortage, not really their fault. What Is their fault is that they never even looked at my RV for the first 3 weeks. Because if they had, they would have realized I didn't even need any parts. It was literally vaporlock, something they could have fixed the day or even week or even second week after I brought it in. So now I'm out thousands of dollars and 4 weeks for literally no reason. They argued with me that they're busy. Sure. But not that busy. Unacceptable.

    Responded promptly to initial call. Setup an appointment for next day. The technician, Justin, was prompt, professional, & knowledgeableGreat service. Highly recommended
