Our bathtub faucet started leaking and was getting worse by the day. Called Bob and explained my issue, and after some quick discussions, we decided the best course of action was to replace the over 30 year old faucet. Bob recommended some possible replacements, and we picked out a nice Moen faucet. Due to my work schedule, I had to wait until that Saturday for Bob to come out. He showed up promptly on time and he went over what had to be done and quoted a fair and reasonable price. Contacted Bob and discussed the problem with him. Came out the following morning and within 24hrs he professionally and quickly handled the situation and such a fair price! The quality and punctuality was top notch. Thank you to Bob and Dustin for the professionalism

I noticed a leak in my living room ceiling and water was dripping from my upstairs bathroom so called up Bob after reading the reviews and the fact that he was local was better. Bob showed up and told me the cost for the repair once he cut open a small square in the ceiling. He identified that the faucet/valve was leaking from the master bath tub. He gave me a reasonable estimate to do the work. Bob explained everything to me in lamen terms. He was knowledgeable and from his years of experience was able to identify and cut the first tile from my tub to see that indeed there was a leak.
