All I can say is wow!! Kudos to the staff members this was my first time ever going to Pearle Vision and the minute I stepped in with my son for his appointment we were welcomed.We were asked if everything is ok and if we needed something. It’s felt nice to have people genuinely care.Wait time was very short which that was a plus ? environment was very clean . I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

I was greeted promptly and had all of the preliminary eye tests done efficiently. My optometrist explained all of the tests she was doing and showed me the results of my earlier tests. She was both very friendly and professional in her approach. Also picked out new glasses. A seamless experience

Up to date equipment. The eye doctor was nice enough but spent more time chatting to my wife than with me on my eyes! The office appears to be under some type of renovation with baseboards missing and some type of wall spackle spread on the walls.
They had an adequate selection of frames to choose from. I decided to go to Costco for my new frames and lenses because of prices.
I mentioned to my wife that there was kind of a not happy crew vibe. There was no welcoming feeling, more of a transaction like a grocery store.
