BrightStar has been giving care to my father now for over a year and they do a fantastic job. Our health aid is Yolanda and I cannot say enough good about her! She always comes with a smile and has such a calm and warm personality. She won my father over from the very start and he can be difficult. Yolanda feels like part of the family and we love her! BrightStar is always following up by visits or phone calls to make sure everything is going well. They are a very professional company and we are very fortunate to have them and Yolanda! She is the best!!!

I used Crossroads Homecare to help me after my shoulder surgery in January 2022. The health aides were great, especially Ana. She helped with my bathing and washing dishes for 2 weeks until I was able to do this myself. Thank you so much!

Our experience with Crossroads home care went above and beyond our expectations. My mother was slated to be released from the hospital on the 4th of July. Her only wish was to spend her final days in her home. I did realize that the care she needed was beyond my ability. I had called Crossroads at 6:00 am on July 3rd and had received a text back with in 5 minutes . the text read “would it be ok if I give you a call?” Of course! I received that call less than a minute later. In speaking with Greg I quickly felt this was were I needed to be.
