The doctors and staff are incredibly friendly, taking the time to listen to concerns and answer questions, making pet owners feel heard. The facility is spotless, and the veterinary team addressed pet issues right away, demonstrating their expertise and compassion. They also follow up the next day to check on how pets are doing, which really sets Andover Animal Hospital apart. Dr. Brooks was very patient and did a thorough exam, following up the next day with lab results and discussing treatment options. Andover Animal Hospital strives to provide excellent care and attention to pets.
Everyone at AAH is outstanding and professional. Always very caring and supportive! We've been going to them for 15 plus years! Dr Vanderbogart has been excellent providing the care our dog needs!
We changed vets when we moved I'm so happy that this vet is who we landed on. Dr. Brooks is the perfect person to be a vet. She is sweet, calm, patient, understanding and does not try to over sell a pet owner on things that might not work. She remembers your pets too! Our pets have been to the other vets there and all really go above and beyond for animals. We had an emergency in the fall with one of our indoor cats whom they had never seen before, they did not hesitate but fit her in that night, and helped me over the next few days make a difficult decision much easier. My dog injured his leg on a Sunday afternoon. The next day I called and they didn't have any appointments but they told me to come in and they'll get him in as soon as they can. We were greeted by such friendly and caring staff. I think we only waited 5 minutes before being brought in. They examined my Pup so thoroughly making sure it was the right diagnosis. They were so good with my Pup who was scared and in pain. Gave us our medicine and directions and we were on our way. The part that I love so much was getting a call a few days later checking up on us and making sure everything is okay. That is the kind of service you just don't see anymore.
