I'm editing to add that I went back a few more times each time with Nathalie and she was wonderful. Very professional and kind and thorough! I will definitely keep returning. The whole staff is very pleasant and I appreciate that they always call to confirm a day ahead so if I need to make a last minute change it's not a headache.Alessandra is a gem! This was my first ever wax experience and she was welcoming and made me feel at ease.

I love the Newark location. I have not had a bad experience yet, whether I was booking a last minute appointment or coming in for a pre booked appointment the front desk staff has been courteous and efficient at both check in and check out time. Most recently I worked with Tania and I must say it has been quite some time that I've had a wax where the esthetician paid attention to even the smallest details leaving me with much appreciated results.Service: Bikini waxing

It was literally my 1st time and Tania did my wax. She was so patient and made me feel sooooo comfortable. I left out of there smiling as if nothing happened and for that I will be coming back. Thanks so much for the great experience!
