    Awesome spot with very friendly staff. Seems a bit intimating at first, but the staff reassures you it is where you will be catered to and get quality service. Industrial modern design inside- definitely catches the eye!!Service: Haircut

    Went in for a Keratin treatment (6/29) price $250. Arrived at appointment time , checked in, and the stylist greeted me. She brushed my hair out, walked me back to have my hair washed out and then I walked back to the stylist station for the Keratin treatment. When I was finished I was charged an extra $50 . I questioned the charge and was told by the front desk it was for extra product. I immediately questioned the stylist and she said it was because I have “thick” hair.A few things, first I have regular hair maybe even am thinning. I have had several Keratin treatments at Suede Salon and have never needed “extra” product. Finally, she never even mentioned that she needed “extra” product nor did she leave the station to retrieve it. Where did it come from???I believe there are some deceptive business practices going on there. I have reached out to Kim- the manager on 6/29 and as of this post have not heard back.

    One of the best salons I have been to. Very clean and high energy place, friendly staff and great service. Penni does an amazing job with facials.Highly recommended.

    Here’s my honest review of this place. It’s clear to me that the stylists are the only ones paid well. Mostly everyone I interact with in the salon besides my stylist seems very unhappy. The front receptionists always seem unhappy and annoyed that you’re standing there. When you walk in, they don’t even look up. When they finally acknowledge your presence, they say checking in? Name? Who are you seeing? That’s it.. no good morning, no how are you today? It’s clear to me their approach is transactional in nature and they actually do not care about the customer experience. They also do the scheduling and most colorists do not blowouts after their color, so you have to book an appt with someone else after your color to get your wet hair dried… nearly every time I have been significantly late to my blow dry and the blowout person is visibly upset… and I had nothing to do with the scheduling. Another sign people don’t t like their systems.Then the people who wash the hair aren’t very pleasant either. They are often in and out and rushing to get to others and very rough as they try to be quick. My last experience was getting color for my wedding which has to be the most important hair coloring appointment you might ever have, and the stylist kept giving the hair wash person a time limit until she could wash certain sections.. every time she rushed through and washed it several minutes before the stylist instructed. I felt so upset because of how important my color was.While my stylist is really good and that’s the only reason I continue to come back… it’s really clear to me that the systems built to run this salon aren’t good ones. Most employees besides colorist seemed to be treated poorly and paid unfairly or they would like their job a little more.While this may not stop you from going here, it may encourage you to choose another place if you can avoid a place with a culture like this.Services: Haircut

    Excellent vibe the minute I walked in. Everyone was friendly, professional with extensive knowledge in their field. I can't wait to go back, check out the spa services a bit more.Kellie gave a great color consult, really put my mind at ease.Megan did my brows, she was so nice and really made for a pleasant experience.And Ron. Ron cut my hair. How many characters do I have left? At 63 yrs old I wish I had found him sooner, like 30 years sooner. He's nice. He's funny. His work, cut and style, is phe!!!!nominal. When Covid ends I'm going to hug him for making me look and feel spectacular. And, my husband loved it! If you have or want short hair go see Ron.

    I had my bridesmaids and myself get our hair and make up here on Saturday for my wedding and I could not have been happier! They were quick and precise and everyone looked absolutely amazing. Cassie made my hair stunning and Toni did my make up and I looked flawless! I would absolutely recommend this salon to everyone!

    I love this place!! I have been seeing Kari for a few years now. Everyone is friendly and professional here. Kari always does an amazing job bringing my hair colors dreams to life. She's never done me wrong and has an excellent chair-side manner.
