Sonia gave me the Signature Facial. It was my first facial ever and it was a positive experience. I used a Groupon and they gave me no trouble. The low-light ambiance and essential oil aromas were relaxing.

Do you like the feeling of sandpaper grazing up and down your back? This was possibly the worst massage experience that I've had. The male masseuse had a ton of calluses on his hands - and he started the massage for a good ten mins without any lotion or oil! The place did not feel clean, the headrest where you put your head looked used 20x. I took matters into my own hands and put down paper towels over it. They used brown clothes to cover the table which creaked. You'll feel like you have to take a shower immediately after leaving this place. The two stars is because I was actually cut short in terms of time, a positive in this scenarios as I was itching to get out!

Jamal (the owner) is fantastic and his team are great. Unlike an impersonal corporate chain, the owner is hands on and really cares that clients have a good experience. I've gotten massages and facials and both were wonderful. There is a relaxing waiting room with refreshments to enjoy before your service (which is well stocked). For the massages, they do a great job at tailoring the service to your needs. I never left feeling less than amazing! Overall, the prices are very reasonable and the service is great.
