I've owned my home 30 years here in Colonia and this is Not the first time I used Bob's. And as usual I was completely satisfied. Recently, I had a issue with a faucet for a long time, I finally called Bob and in 45 minutes the problem was solved. Turns out this was a situation was one that his years of service saved the day. Sometimes you come across someone you have to let other people know about. I have used Bob Plumbing AND Heating on multiple occasions for plumbing issues at my home . Bob is a true professional . Bob gives you all the alternatives beforehand on what needs to be serviced . He is very honest and straight forward. I would without a doubt refer Bob . It was a pleasure dealing with him. Bob has always been absolutely amazing! My entire family in the nearby areas will only ever go to him for help and advice! He is always extremely professional and efficient, and he really takes the time to walk you through everything he does so you better understand the process and he ensures you are both completely prepared to undertake the upkeep on your own while also always ensuring if you have any further questions or concerns, he is more than happy to help in any way possible. And he is extremely approachable for even the seemingly silliest of questions, and he always makes it abundantly clear that he won’t stop until he gets the job done to your full satisfaction! Bob was very quick to respond to my call. He visited our home within an hour, studied the problem, and gave us options to choose from. He answered all our questions patiently and replaced our old faucet with a new one that he had in stock. Bob thoroughly cleaned the place after the repair, and he gave us valuable tips about how to get the best value from the new faucet. Bob even taught us how to adjust the temperature of the water heater. All this for a very reasonable cost! Thank you for such excellent service, Bob!! Quick response and fixed the leaked water control valve in basement and replaced the outside water faucet in the same day. Bob is very professional and he detected the water leak in the kitchen too. We have used this business for quite few jobs in our home. Bob has repaired 2 of our toilet flushes, installed 2 sinks and repaired our shower. His service is excellent, he knows his trade and he backs up his work with warranty. When the problem resurfaced in one of the flushes that he had repaired, he came back and fixed it free of charge. He is on the expensive side but I think that's what you pay for quality.Services: Toilet repair
