If you are having a phone issue, definitely go see Raphael! He did what our TMobile store said they couldn’t do. Husband phone just stopped working today. Went to TMobile and bought a new phone. They told us that because the phone wouldn’t turn on, all contacts, apps etc. wouod be lost! All of it. Raphael had us set up within 5 minutes. Great guy and saved hubby’s new phone with all the important info that TMobile said was lost! Definitely stop in for your phone needs, you won’t be disappointed! Thank you!

I needed to get the charging port replaced on my out-of-date LG V60. The part needed to be ordered so I prepaid and expected to hear back in a week or so that the part was in, but no one called me. I ended up not needing the repair so I canceled the service request and received a full refund with no issues at all. Rafael was very pleasant. I will return if I need their service in the future.
