It's been a while since I've been to Caitlin, but she helped me through the first real physical challenge (back pain) I had in life. My back pain became so bad at points that I was hardly able to stand up or walk at times. I had to get several steroid shots over a few years just to be able to "reset" the tight muscles so I could walk halfway normally again. Her skill, particularly with the cupping technique, really helped loosen the muscles, knots, and other tissues in my back, over time, until I healed. Caitlin is a great! She really listens to any issues you have and I can tell she is always working on improving her practice and givinnnme suggestions on how I can benefit from small changes in my daily routine to help with pain/stress. I have been seeing her for over a year (Ashiatsu Massage) and I am lucky to have found her. Her studio is calming and she is a pro!
The studio is well set up and very comfortable .Caitlin knows what she is doing and has been able to help me with trigger point pain and I always feel much better afterwards. I'd highly recommend Caitlin!
