Terri gave me a 60 minute massage that helped with my chronic back pain. She was able to apply the correct amount of pressure to just the right spot to loosen up my back. I felt like a new woman when I was leaving 5 Elements Massage. I have already scheduled my next appointment with Terri.

I had a 90 minute massage by Terri. She is the head therapist at 5 Elements Massage and Spa. Terri was able to address all of my trouble areas. I was so relaxed by her massage style that I was ready to take on the world. Terri offers the additional services of Aromatherapy, CBD Oil and the most amazing foot Scrub. I plan to get a foot scrub added on at every appointment

I am beyond impressed with Erin! I’ve been getting massages for years and no massage therapist has ever been so knowledgeable about the human body and where my pain/tightness is coming from. She is so informative and talented. I will definitely be back and highly recommend!
