Its always great to support small business. My overall experience with Zaels Florist was positive. I have to say that front end sales/ customer service could use a little help. The initial vibe was less than inviting. But things turned around once the florist stepped forward to assist. In the end, they delivered quality, gorgeous, fresh arrangements that were well worth what I thought were good but a little expensive prices. I can recommend them to those seeking arrangements.
