Excellent service! I have had 4 massages by 2 different ladies. They are very professional and know how to get the muscles worked out. They keep my back and shoulders working. will continue going to this place.

I love this place for a really professional reflexology massage. I don't agree with the other review. There is a language barrier and English is not perfectly spoken BUT I have been to many, many foot massages and this is the best. We used to live in Asheville and even better than there. They don't own the place so they work a lot and of course would like a tip. I agree, you don't ask but I believe they are one of the credit card places where you have to ask in order to add it before, you can't write it in. So maybe not as rude as you think. A wings place in Winston does this too. It's all perspective. They work harder than most of us. Give them the benefit of the doubt.

I happened to be visiting Winston-Salem on a business trip down south. I like to get a foot massage every week or two, it really relaxs me and erases that tired feeling in my legs.Well, it was my good fortune that I happened on this new place; Regimen Foot Spa This place just opened, and let me tell you, this is the place for one hell of a foot massage. The place is clean and conveniently located. Angela really knew her stuff, she hit all the right places - Man! The next time I am in the area I will definitely pay Angela a visit.
