How sad that all of these beautiful strawberries left at Brooks Farm are going to be destroyed when so many people could still enjoy them. I went today and even though the website stated they were open and there were plenty of strawberries to pick, I was told that they were done with the season and would be destroying the strawberries instead of allowing more picking. We went to Eno River Farm instead and were rewarded with beautiful, sweet strawberries and such kind employees. I would have preferred to shop local instead ?
