From the first phone call Frank was very responsive and knowledgeable. Ryan came out to fix our sediment issues and knew exactly what to do. His knowledge is well beyond his years.He walked me through the issues we were having and the corrections that needed to be made. I appreciate how Ryan walked me through every step without some pushy commission based sales tactic to try and buy some crazy expensive water treatment system when not needed.I feel you do not get this type of service with the larger companies.They also worked on my Dads well and he had a very positive experience as well.I will definitely be calling them if we have any other issues with our well.
I had issues with pump dripping water a lot. I called and got response right away, even though it was Sunday. I was asked to send a pictures and got advice step by step how to troubleshoot and if it doesn’t work they will come over to do the job. After several tries I was able to do it. When I have asked for payment, he said there is no charge, he was happy that issue was resolved. I am really thankful and amazed by this experience. I will highly recommend Water doctor to anyone who need well service.
I had an emergency. My water pump shut down this morning and I was in a panic. These guys showed up in 30 mins and saved me from a $7k quote from another plumber. They did the repair and even gave me pointers on how to maintain it and what to watch out for.
These guys are the real deal!
I will go back to them in the future.
