Was visiting family in Raleigh and wanted to get a new do before heading back to New York. My fiance is Dominican and has really curly hair. We did a little research and found J on YELP, with great reviews. We sent him a text and he was able to get us in first thing in the morning of the next open business day. He is so friendly and down to earth. He made our experience fun and enjoyable. He cut and shaped my fiance's hair making her look absolutley stunning. Then it was my turn. I gave him loose reigns to style my hair with a Lob focus. He he did a fantastic job and I couldn't be more pleased. Next time I visit Raleigh I will be paying my new friend a visit. I've been seeing Jay for several years. I found him by searching for a stylist who can cut curly hair. I've had so many compliments when he cuts and styles my hair. I started getting highlights and I LOVE them, always get compliments. He listens to me and will give his professional input and I always leave happy and gets lots of positive feedback for my hair.

J is absolutely the best! I have long , thick, coarse curls and there's no one else I'm going to let touch my hair. He cuts each curl individually, paying attention to each curl pattern. Curly sisters and brothers, look no further for your dream stylist.
