First time coming to this salon to get a Designer Hair cut, Great Atomosphere , the Stylist was extremely friendly, but she had no experience on cutting hair and i wish she would of told me. I left with my hair looking horrible not what i showed in a picuture. Had to come home and try to fix my hair but truly unfixable. Totally un satisfied
I want to say thank you for the miracle you all performed on my kids hair. I was able to easily schedule their appointment online. I was running a little late they were understanding and still accommodated us. Walking into the shop it was very clean and they greeted us instantly! My kids came in looking a mess I admit but they left out looking very distinguished! They detoxed my son’s locs and retwisted them. The hair parting is neat and defined, and most of all his locs look healthier. We look forward to our next appointment. Thanks again ?
I had the big chop done two weeks ago. The cut immediately improved my appearance! I came today for a wash and protein treatment, and Ms. Kim informed me of my growth already. Her products, methods, and how she cares for her clients all speak for itself. I have great trust in Ms. Kim and how she handles my hair!!
