I booked a deep pore facial. I had a great experience at gifted hands. She asked questions about my skin, my routines and started the facial. The facial was very relaxing and I can definitely notice the difference.

I went for a deep cleaning facial and it was fantastic! I have dry and sensitive skin (and a few zits, whatever...). My problem areas were cleaned up and improved, and my skin overall came out fresh, clean, and dewy. Can't wait to go back!

She was very nice and professional. Great relaxing atmosphere. It was a nice massage but it wasn't quite as deep as I'm used to. Overall great experience. She knows her stuff. Gave me some tips and suggestions afterward of which muscles were tight and how to improve that. You are "required" to tip a minimum of $16 for an hour long deep tissue massage. I don't have a problem with tipping this amount, but the dollar amount should be disclosed before purchasing the Groupon because it's tacky to demand gratuity.
