The crew is very efficient, hard working and careful. They worked 11 hours per day, finished exterior painting of house, deck, porch in 3 days. Removed gutters, shutters prior to power washing & painting. Excellent caulking job. House looks new. A bit difficult communicating with two painters (they understand/speak Spanish), but Site Manager Walter is very helpful and authoritative. Only minor issue was overspray painting of bushes near back deck rail & two small dents in front gutter downspouts (which were promptly replaced & installed). We’re sure to use CertaPro again for any future paint projects. A great crew!
The process was smooth and felt little pressure about costs that involved adding materials and labor. They were responsive to questions and coordination. Ishmael, the lead workman was friendly, easy going, and communicative.
Had interior kitchen cabinets painted and exterior shutters painted with superior results. Cabinets had been previously painted but the work was a substantially lower quality than Certa Pro. Professionalism, communication from the team and quality were outstanding. Would definitely recommend and definitely hire again.
