The owner Stephanie is very unprofessional and the worst person to do your eyebrows. My experience has been that the staff she hires is MUCH better at it. Not only that, but her attitude is terrible and I will never go to her again. If I am not able to get an appointment with one of the ladies on her staff, I will take my business elsewhere. She told me that “I” was supposed to ask for my receipt rather than her asking how I would like it sent. Any other time I have been in there, the other staff asks me if I would like it texted to me. Her attitude is unacceptable.
I've been a client of BrowZnAround Eyebrow Studio for over 10 years. My experience has and continues to be fantastic! Stephanie is the absolute BEST!!! She is the only person I trust to do my eyebrows and other services that she offers. If you want to have the PERFECT eyebrows, Stephanie is the person for you!! You definitely won't be disappointed, your experience will be both fulfilling and rewarding!!
I had my eyebrows done here about 2months ago, and the individual doing the service was very slow at it, causing a much more increased pain experience than what I've had in past at a location in Durham (WAH Brow). The end result was fine, but why take longer and be more painful for a sub-par result.
