Great experience! Made a reservation for the lavender manicure and pedicure with no issues. The staff was friendly when I arrived and I didn't have to wait. Amanda did a fantastic job. She gave me great personalized tips for healthy skin, made the experience relaxing, and did a great job on my nails. She paid attention to detail, ensuring I left happy. I will definitely go back!
I'm pretty particular about my brows. Was a walk in and requested their brow service. I was extremely satisfied with the attention to detail and the professionalism. It truly was a step above any ordinary brow service.
The lady Kristen was great, awesome. She did my facial. Amanda was great as well but she didn't complete an whole hour of my massage, I was cheated out of about 15 minutes. I between her and the receptionist I was over charged I was charged for the hot stone massage for an hour and didn't receive the hot stone and once again only 45 minute massage. Lastly, the nail tech was horrible overall. His attitude was unwanted, he asked like he did want to be there, he was rough and did an half a** job on both my hands and feet. Sorella Day Spa please do better.
