I had the same experience as Christine M. I made an appointment online per their instructions over a week ago & received a reminder email & text. I had a Living Social voucher, not a Groupon, & my services were already paid for. First thing was, their website lists the wrong address. It says they've relocated, but I guess they never changed the address. I believe the correct one (in the 4000s) is on here. My appointment was at 1:15p, yesterday - Sat. 2/1. I got there around 1:25p due to the address mix up. The place was completely closed, even though I had an appointment & the hours on the door said 9a to 6p. Nabi Nail Lounge receives no rating because I did not actually experience service. First of all, there is no sign on the door or anything. The only person in the building was an older man fixing lights in the realty office that is in the lobby where Nabi is. Nabi didn't have a sign on the door inside and it was locked. I had an appointment for 2:15 and waiting 25 minutes. I called Nabi three times and left a message but no response. I finally left. I know that my appointment time was correct because I booked the appointment online and received three confirmation emails and texts stating the time of 2:15. Very disappointed.... Will call Groupon to refund money.
