I found this company by Googling "locksmiths in Charlotte". The reviews were great, so I gave them a call. I spoke with Nolan and told him we wanted our locks replaced in our new home. Fortunately for us after pulling up our address, he was only 10 minutes away, so he came over immediately. He did an awesome job replacing our locks, and it did not take him long at all! He did say he does not typically show up that fast. Luckily, time and location worked out for both of us. I'd definitely recommend contacting Nolan/Uptown Lock & Key for service, and we will be reaching out to him again in the future. Thanks Nolan!

Uptown lock & key was very knowledgable & helpful in helping me solve the issue I had with my keypad lock. If anyone in the area needs a locksmith I would highly recommend they reach out to Uptown Lock & key. Great people and great service!

I contacted Uptown Lock and Key from a Google search when I needed problem solving with a rental unit with new locks, bolts and mailbox key. Uptown lock and key showed up as promised and on time, remedied the issues and not only duplicated a pool key but cut a better one than then the mold. For the potential headache, the value was more than fair and happily paid for piece of mind, security and access. In the age of face recognization and digital coding, it is nice to know that there are still professionals out there for aged but effective hardware. Highly recommend.
