Seamus is an Irish Spotted Newfoundland who cannot abstain from entering any water, so grooming is a real challenge. K9 perfection is the best groomers that we have ever experienced over 4 Newfies. Seamus loves his spa days and is ecstatic when he sees Lilly come to the gate. Today, he went straight to the grooming table and tried climbing on, he was so ready. We are grateful that we have maybe 24 hours of a pleasant smelling, soft, unmatted dog.
Coming to K9 Perfection as a new client was a great experience, they were able to very quickly get my dog scheduled for a bath and nail trim and spoke very clearly about costs and expectations. I could just tell by how the team interacted with the dogs while I was there and how they communicated about the experience that they really care about pets. My dog is very anxious about vets/grooming and anything like this, and they mentioned the things they did to alleviate that stress, which means the world to me.
I scheduled my second visit while I was picking my dog up, and plan to continue coming here as long as I am in the area!
I’m not a customer, but I’ve picked up some of my canine clients from there. The puppers always look adorable, beautifully groomed, wearing seasonally themed neckerchiefs that the staff puts on them as a parting gift. Staff are always sweet and friendly.
