Fresh Coat completed the full exterior prepping and painting of our home in May 2024. The assessment and estimating process was done in a professional manner and the ultimate price we were quoted was very competitive. While the actual painting was important to us, the identification and completion of advance carpentry trim work, and comprehensive caulking and sealing of all joints, was almost more important. Fresh Coat performed these tasks with a high degree of skill and attention to detail. When painting did begin, I felt comfortable knowing that crews would not be painting over damaged or rotten trim work and that paint would not be used as a thin sealant where caulking was either required or appropriate. When it came time for painting, both spray application to our siding and brush application to all of our trim work was done in a very professional manner. The crews worked tirelessly to make up for many unexpected weather delays; their work ethic was more than commendable. Based on this experience, I will keep Fresh Coat on “speed dial” for future work to our home.
