I have been to Mark for both Rolfing and Somatic Experiencing sessions, and his work has had an incredible impact on my mind and body. He is very gentle even when doing deep work. I have received many types of bodywork and therapies and his work gives the longest results. I recommend him to my friends and clients, knowing they receive the most skilled unique care & genuine kindness. Thanks for all that you do!
She's amazing, I am in a wheelchair and I can never get a break with my arm/shoulder pain and she really released so much.. I get body work all the time and I have never had results like this And she's really sweet, super nice
I went to my first session with Sky based on the recommendation from a friend and was blown away by how much looser my neck felt. It was as if a twenty pound weight had been removed from atop my head. This has helped me to be more confident that my body is going to function well for longer.
