Ideal Image of Asheville is amazing! Today I had laser hair removal scheduled for the last appointment of the day, go stuck behind an accident on 26 which made me about 30 minutes late to my appointment, and they stayed late just to get my session done! Wendy is the sweetest person and always makes you feel comfortable, even when she’s working on your shins and you’re on the pain train! Thank you for going the extra mile and making sure I got my treatment!
Had such a great experience getting my laser hair done. Wendy laughed and spoke with me the entire time to put me at ease. Allison introduced herself and asked me how I was. Front desk was super sweet!
Very pretty office. Allison was so sweet and as a side note...her lips are to die for! Lillian was a ray of sunshine! Wendy explained everything thoroughly before my treatment. Great experience!
