    Cancelled my appointment without notice and girl at the front desk had a snarky attitude about it when I showed up for it. During my initial appointment also the Doctor was short and rather rude to me and my husband. Also made several calls to them which were never answered. In general I have found them to be rude, disorganized and insensitive. I will not be back.

    I have never felt so attacked and disrespected by a health care provider. I left my appointment in tears. I have tried calling the office for the two days and nobody answers and no option to leave a message. I am considering filing a formal complaint after reading the visit notes.

    I had a procedure scheduled. I did not feel comfortable having done in their office. I waited 3 weeks then called them to reschedule an appointment. I have called everyday twice a day. I continue and continue to call and leave message after message. They will not return my phone call. WHATS UP??

    Kicked out for having two clean urine screens. Meaning I was punished because I didn't need meds a couple days (especially after injections) Never heard of being kicked out for not using more meds than you need. Pill count was always okay. They went back months in my chart. No one talked to me about any problems. Then out of the blue PA decided to no longer treat me. Staff are uncaring. They have a large turn over of doctors lately.

    Horrible customer service. My wife was 5 minutes late due to an unavoidable traffic accident after waiting 4 weeks to finally be seen. She was denied service and told to come back a week later. She has been suffering for the past 5 days. Clearly, customer care is not a value for this organization or they would do something about this problem.

    started out good when I had insurance haven't worked since November of 22 no insurance since Jan of 23 been seen for 7 months self pay all of the sudden can't see me anymore because I don't have insurance and before I can see the Dr I had to pay and now get a bill in Aug for back in April of this year this place is a joke go somewhere else "please"

    Dr. Hassis accused my 85 year old mother of seeking drugs and was quite rude to her, both in pwrson and via messages in her chart. He refuses to put her on a helpful dose of her medication. Thankfully, we were switched to Kayla, who has been kind, compassionate and wonderful. She cannot make dosage changes but at least she rreats my mother respectdully. Jennifer, one of the nurses, is outstanding.

    Disorganized, no value for patient time or overall healthcare. It is unfortunate that they are still receiving referrals from reputable physicians.

    I was a patient of Dr. John Haasis and saw him in the Asheville, NC office. My insurance coverage changed and before I knew it, I had a $2,000. bill. I paid the bill off but couldn't continue to go and add up more charges. It wasn't their fault but that of my insurance. However, my insurance changed last year again so I called back to make an appointment with Dr. Haasis. He helped me so much and was very kind and concerned. I really don't want to change doctors. But, I had to reschedule my appointment due to car problems. On the day of my appointment, I was still having car problems so I had to reschedule again. The lady (I totally wish I could remember her name) who does the scheduling told me that I could not come back because I had canceled too many times. She was extremely unprofessional, she was rude and actually treated me unlike anyone else ever has. After months, I called their main office in Spartanburg, SC. I had to leave a voice mail for the office manager to speak with her and ask if I might be able to make an appointment with Dr. Haasis again. She hasn't even bothered to call me back! That is unacceptable behavior for a professional! Even if I could not talk her into letting me make another appointment with Dr. Haasis, she should have at least returned my phone call!I would give Dr. Haasis 5 stars as he is a very talented and compassionate doctor. I would give the office staff ZERO stars if that were possible due to their hateful and extremely unprofessional behavior!
