They were caring, thorough, knowledgeable, personable, and very professional. You get one-on-one attention, and they will adjust their therapy plan instantaneously if the exercise is not working for you on a certain day. I would always leave feeling encouraged and motivated, knowing that my outcome would only get better if I followed their recommendations.

I used the services of another group prior to the surgery, for 6 months, the experience could not have been more different. The exercises never changed, there was no encouragement, and the staff seemed very unhappy to be there.

You need a physical therapy group that is fully invested in your success. Asheville PT is just that group!

I have literally been to every PT clinic in Asheville, and is hands down the best one. Each and every provider there is kind, friendly and encouraging. Their administrative side is well organized and so helpful, and takes insurance. MOST importantly, they are 100% up to date on the latest science in Physical therapy, tendon healing, and functional rehabilitation. I will ALWAYS recommend them first, and I appreciate the care they provided me with.

I tore my ACL back in August, and had surgery to repair it in September. I wasn’t very happy about it but the people there always put a smile on my face encouraging me, and cracking some super funny jokes! Treatment is also pretty lit??

I have been so pleased with my care and progress at Asheville Physical Therapy. Jenna, my therapist, has been very involved in my progress. She has performed insightful evaluations and methodical treatment to help me heal my knee injury. She helped me gain the strength to prepare for surgery. She then worked to get me walking, jogging and prepping for my ultimate goal of hiking again. I am so thankful for the care and growth in my independence.

Took them 3 weeks to respond to my email about being a new client. They responded with a phone number to call. I called, and was told to leave my name and number for them to call back. That was the last I heard from them. That was days ago.

I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. This office is amazing. Everyone is exceptionally kind and knowledgeable.My PT, Jenna Justice, strikes the perfect balance of friendly conversation, treatment for my injury, and holding me accountable for pushing myself without a hint of shame.Highly recommended all around.
