“It's easy to like a business that has personality. I was greeted with a friendly smile, as I entered the salon. Going to the Heart and Soul Spa was relaxing experience. There were professionals doing hair, as well as others doing nails, while I was there. It was nice to walk into a friendly engaging atmosphere. The hair stations and manicure/pedicure stations were cleaned and sanitized, after each client. Cleanliness is definitely a priority. All protocols for COVID were being followed.My hair stylist first consulted with me about my expectations. He then proceeded to give me a great color and cut. I was very happy with the final result.I could hear customers express their pleasure with the attention they received, as they were leaving the salon.Plenty of parking outside the entrance to the Heart and Soul Spa.Always best to call for an appointment!“

If your idea is to be chatty with your nail artist, this definitely won't be your nail salon as the vibe here is tranquil relaxation, and I recommend not engaging in louder social communications with techs or friends, that some salons even encourage. Whether that's your choice or not, the end result is what really matters, is it not? With Cassie's gel mani, 3-4 week scheduling until next visit is normal. This makes the higher end price worth while, and especially because the Japanese nail line here at Uni Nail is organic and much safer for your nails overall.“

“First time at this nail salon and I was very impressed. All of the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I got structured gel nails and a gel pedicure and both were absolutely fantastic! I used to always do dip at other salons and it always looked thick and chunky this structured gel looks beautifully thin and even and it is still as strong as the dip. They did great shaping and cuticle work too! I would definitely recommend going here! : )“
