We've used Independent Lock for many years with auto lock-outs, home and commercial projects, and have been thoroughly satisfied with the quality of their service. They back their work, and always go above and beyond to deliver the absolute best solutions.
The sliding door lock broke and Doug made sure that the door was secure before leaving. When the part came in, he was there the next day to install. He made sure our safety was a priority before leaving. Professional and very timely.
They are awesome! We couldn't get our key out of the door and they came and fixed it for us within a half hour. They also helped us fix another lock that was a security issue. I give them 10/10!
