Friendly staff and reasonable prices. However, they did not install and seal the new windshield properly. It caused $1200 of damage to my car through water leaks.

They fixed the wrong window. We had a carport window obviously MISSING, and they replaced a different outside window. A window 3 spaces over. Granted the other window had a small crack, can understand, but we never received a phone call to ask or anything. Now we will just have to live completely without the carport window (which is soaking anything in it with rain) or pay again for this window. Just very annoying. They were just supposed to add some plexiglass there. Haha wow. Is all I’m saying. “Nah we will just leave the window missing” seriously?

Had a new windshield put in my work truck. Made a appointment a week in advance and dropped it off. They had it done in a couple hours, and the windshield was all good. I would recommend taking your vehicle here.

During the process of replacing the front windshield on our daughter’s 2018 car the VIN tag on the dash was destroyed by using high pressure compressed air for cleaning purposes which the State Patrol says should NEVER be used. Today’s vin tags are tamper proof so they can’t be stolen and re-used. Getting a replacement vin tag from the state is a big hassle and will take weeks. There is a lot more to this story but just to add the owner’s attitude was very unprofessional and threatening to my daughter. Would never recommend him to anyone.

My girlfriend made an appointment here to repair a cracked windshield. During the repair the owner Larry somehow broke off the bolted VIN number during the repair and lost it. VINs are made to be nearly impossible to remove without intentional tempering. As a result, the car became illegal to drive. The admitted that it was their mistake and promised to make it right. After promising to provide a rental car until it was Drive able again, they ended up refusing to follow through. They just put the glass on and said to take it anyway, still illegal to drive. And after being in their possession for 5 hours, the car now also smelled completely like chain smoke. My girlfriend promised to pay for the new glass but asked about a discount due to the incredible problems they cost. At this Larry the owner became belligerent, getting into her face, screaming, and swearing at her in a complete attempt at intimidation into paying the full rate for a now undrivable car. She felt in complete danger this entire verbal assault. He yelled at her to forget the cost and get out. In order to get the car back to legal driving standards she now has to do the following:Here’s everything we have to do now in order to make the car legal to drive again after talking with a state trooper and several phone calls with highway patrol:- two trips to the South County highway patrol office- A trip to Jefferson City to drop off paperwork- A paid fee by her for a new VIN- Installation of the new VINAll of which will take 3-4 weeks before the car is legal to drive on the roads again. The absolute verbal assault stemming from a problem they caused us completely disrespectful and unacceptable by anyone, let alone the standard of place if business. I’m writing this so that no has to go through this unbelievably terrible experience that no one ever deserves. This place will never receive our business ever again.

I have used Mobile Glass several times for various needs including windshield replacement, window pane replacement, special cutting of a curved glass shelf for an antique curio cabinet. They are quick to respond, come to your home for window pane replacement, efficient, very pleasant to work with, and are reasonably priced compared to other glass companies. They are my go to glass company.

After this experience I would have to consider Sierra (sp?) and Jason friends instead of just random employees at a glass repair shop…. Sierra & I spoke the entire time with no awkward silence & even the soft spoken Jason opened up and conversed with us a bit! I appreciate you guys !!
