I stayed at the Pennywell for a short weekend. The lobby was beautiful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the overnight front desk man was not friendly and awkward, which was slightly concerning. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would still return!
Staff is very friendly. We have always felt like we were well taken care of. The bar and bartender are top notch, with unique signature cocktails. The atmosphere of the hotel from the entry to the room is amazing. The rooms are not cookie cutter with high ceilings and character. Stayed twice so far and plan on staying again.
The front desk agent was extremely helpful and nice. F&B was lacking a little when it came to service however the food was great. Full of flavor but the presentation was lacking.Great location if you are visiting to see the Arch. Only a 5 min walk away from hotel.
