Okay so this is a hard one...For me this was really a hard work out b/c I got super light headed when doing inverted poses and going here is how I learned that. Instructors were very very pleasant and knowledgeable.

This bright and colorful studio offers silks, hoops/ Lyra, static trapeze slings and aerial fitness classes. Typically they have a series of 5 or 6 classes for a session extending over a month and half. They also have open sessions where you can come in and practice. Some classes are drop-in eligible. The curriculum is specific and goal oriented and you have to meet certain requirements to advance to the next level. The instructors are friendly and very very supportive. They are willing to work with all levels of fitness and always have great advice on how to improve. So I love this place. Such a fun place! Joined a private class and it was a great time! -- not only were the instructors incredibly friendly, they went around to help everyone in the party to achieve these awesome tricks on the silk ropes. It's a fun time, definitely different than just going to the plain ol' bars with friends. Highly recommend it if you're visiting St. Louis, or just looking for something new and fun to do!
