During the bidding process I specifically requested verbally that NO plastic mesh sourced sod be used in my yard. The sod looked fine and the yard was leveled nicely. I trusted that they used sod without plastic. I realized a few weeks later that my request was not honored. I regret I did not put this request in writing.
See attached image. When there are areas that sometimes die out, it is difficult to work with the tangled mess this green plastic mesh makes.

My HOA has used Brake for years to mow public spaces, do outdoor clean up, and other tasks. They have done good work for us. You do have to know your account rep, but you get to talk to real humans. They answer the phone, they call back.
