I visited Body Mechanics for the first time this weekend for a sports massage. Alexandria was great as we discussed some minor issues I had going on and explaining as she went through the massage how different things might be creating the pain and tension I had, and things I could do to help alleviate in the future. Plus it felt amazing.
I have been in pain with my neck and thoracic since 1994. I have had low back pain since 1980. I had a low back surgery that did not go well in 2014, and since then I have additional hip and buttock pain .The sharp pain shoots down my butt ox and across my hips and sometimes down my left leg. I have had many massages and treatments. This has been my best.
This is such a great place to explore the different types of therapy. I enjoy working with Mike Burnett with Precision Neuromuscular therapy(PNMT). He really helps you see and feel where you are restricted and how he can help bring back mobility. I personally have chronic pain in my upper body/head/neck because I over work and force too much on my muscles. After a few sessions each day I have had no pain! Now we as humans are all different, which is beautiful and yet difficult to be at times, here at this center its great because you have different therapies to seek and achieve what ales you.
