I was up in the air about getting my nails done here by the reviews. However, I like to make my own decisions and I’m so glad I went! Best acrylic fill and paint I’ve had in a long time!! I don’t care if they don’t carry-on a conversation with me that doesn’t make them rude people at all. That tells me they want to do good work and she did.Service: Acrylic nails

I set an appointment, when I walked in they got me right in a massage chair, it was comfy, relaxing and I was able to have some me time to be pampered. We went to the beach and my toes still look great!

My husband and I love to get pedicures together. It too me some talking to get him to give it a try but once he finally agreed to he is hooked. He is a Pedi Junkie...lol... ?I'm sure any of the wonderful employees at W Nails would do a great job but if you can ask for Cathy, Cindy or LeAnn. These girls did an awesome job. Tell them I sent you.Services: Waxing

Terribly rude! This was my first time there. I had made an appointment online. When you come in the door there’s no reception, all they do is look up at you like your interrupting them. I wanted to look at dip colors but they just ignored me. Finally they placed me with Kathy and I had made the online appointment with Andy. Kathy acted put out like she didn’t want to be there. Never really spoke to me just coughed in my face the whole time. She had a mask on but it was very rude. When I turned my head away from her she said “if you don’t like it put a mask on”. I asked if she was vaccinated and she said no. Then she asked me if I was and I said yes and she said “so what’s your problem.” That’s the most she even spoke to me, most the time she impolitely spent talking to the other employees in a foreign language. Won’t go back!!!Service: Manicures

Please read before going, long post but worth the read before wasting money or time at this establishment. Also read the theme in other critical messages that describe “rough” and “rude” service.Very disappointed with the owners lack of professionalism and courtesy Saturday. My daughter was spoken to so rudely by a staff member and the owner stated it’s due to the staff members limited ability to speak English. We walked in expecting a professional nail establishment. My daughter went to pick out a nail color as I waited in the chair, the nail tech “Lee” yelled at her 3 times “sit down.” We were baffled, not a hello, a warm smile, nothing just “sit down.” The other customers were also shocked. We had no clue that they bring you the nail color display. Not a big deal just tell us, but never tell an adult and paying customer “sit down..” We watched the same nail tech interact kindly with others, and as we expressed kindness and professionalism is universal.Instead of the owner (Whiskey) giving any type of empathy he rolled his eyes and picked at his ear. He stated, “well you should be more understanding if people are coming from another country, if you want to write a bad review then do it.” Whiskey the owner literally walked away as we were sitting in the chair speaking with him.Clearly the owner missed the importance of what we were politely and tactfully sharing as our experience. This seems to be his behavior as noted in another review last month by another paying customer. Unless you are praising Whiskey, it appears that he can’t professionally handle constructive feedback. We spent $200 and traveled from out of town. We believe in supporting small businesses, but the owner displayed a sense of arrogance and complete disregard for us as he walked away. We weren’t trying to get anything for free or be disrespectful in our constructive feedback. Appropriate communication and kindness goes a long way, and the owner lacks it.I would truly hate to assume that the owner had other biases that impacted his interaction with us on Saturday, but there was a clear difference in how we were treated in comparison to other customers. This entire experience truly saddened me and I will never ever support the W Nails establishment again. As Whiskey encouraged me, I will share our review with others.I was highly offended for the owner to make this about a lack of our cultural understanding and competence. He knew nothing about my background, my ethnicity and besides that he’s running a business that “should” be customer centered. What decent manager argues with a customer and validates poor customer service. My daughter later shared that her nail tech and another made insensitive comments about Hispanics during her service. Perhaps they need the cultural sensitivity lesson. Also, I had to ask my nail tech repeatedly to stop being so rough, we were there for relaxation not pain. The reviews on google are very similar to what I have expressed online. To the owner, humble yourself you need customers to survive no matter what color they are, or what you personally believe they are worth. You clearly attempted to judge us, perhaps based on our COLOR and you didn’t find the value in treating us with RESPECT.The recent pandemic should have taught you something. Be thankful and use this as a learning experience, along with the other reviews on google. It takes more than cute nail art to sustain a business. I really wish we hadn’t spent $200 with W Nails. I will write the Better Business Bureau. Also, why does Whiskey not respond to the critical reviews on this site? The “manager” that responds to the posts apologizes on the “owner’s “ behalf, and there is never a contact name or number provided to the customer. If there is a response, please leave a name and number. Please openly share how you propose to make this matter right for two customers that traveled 3 hours. We don’t plan on making another trip to W Nails.Services: Pedicures
