The customer service is poor. They’re rude and get in their feelings when you’re informing them of errors. Not friendly at all! Please do better in serving your customers and not by offering cold drinks. If someone is paying you for a service they want the best for their money.

Brought a 4 year old girl in for her first mani and pedi. I was nervous because I know she is very young and some nail salons do not accept children. But we had an amazing experience! The nail tech made her feel so special and even offered to do designs on her tiny nails. She did a fantastic job! I am so grateful for her patience and kindness!

They do such a great job and makes sure you are happy with the result! I hadn't been in for a bit but needed some nails for my bachelorette weekend, and they nailed my reference pic perfectly!

Since I moved to Lees Summit I found out about this place, they have bad customer service, my English is not very good because I'm Latin but I try hard to communicate and they don't have patience and they pout all the time, which doesn't give any desire to go more, But I went back again last month thinking that it was going to be good for me, well they charged me 20 dollars more and thank God I realized it in time, so they didn't give it back to me but gave me a GYF card to force me to go again, I went today and my husband made an appointment and there was a misunderstanding because I was going to paint my nails alone and I told him I want new ones and he told me no, she was just going to paint, but what's stopping her from putting on new nails? until her husband came (the wife always fixes me up) he told her to do them for me, well with a tremendous bad face that I felt very uncomfortable and at the end he charged me dearly more than normal and I did the same thing as always ,I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

Very rude man that did my wife's nails, cut her finger in the process then when my wife didn't leave a tip. Money has gotten taken out of my card 4 days later. It had charged 57$ for the nails and then decided to take 5$ tip 4 day's later now my account is in the negative. Im extremely outraged and want my 5$ back.

How is there a "walkins welcome" on the door when I walked in and they told me they were busy? If walk-ins are not welcome then probably don't put it on the door or website.

This was my daughter's (16) first spa pedicure and mani. She wanted acrylic nails put on for her homecoming dance. She was really excited! They started her spa pedicure and immediately another lady came over and asked her to turn sideways so she can start to work on her acrylics. She had to sit straight up, twist, turn her upper body sideways, and stay twisted and still during her entire first spa pedicure! Not very enjoyable, comfortable, or relaxing for her. The lady doing her acrylics was very rude, bossy, and not nice.Unfortunately, I had a spa pedicure done at the same time and it was one of the worst and quickest spa pedicures I've ever had. I asked the lady a question a couple of times and she wouldn't even acknowledge I was talking to her. The entire relaxing spa pedicure and polish only took 15 minutes!! Left the nail edges unpainted.When we went to pay, it was the rude acrylic lady again. I showed her the coupon that I found on their website the day prior which was $5 off for new clients. I filled the form out on their site and the coupon was texted to me. She snapped, "Those are expired, we don't take those anymore". I told her I just received it via text from their website the day prior when I made the appointment. "No, those are old and we do not accept those!"I did call and ask to speak with the manager to notify him why I was unhappy with the service. Asked if he would consider giving a voucher for another spa pedicure since my daughter was unable to enjoy her first one. He was unconcerned. Not that I wanted to go there again anyways.
