James did a tremendous job on our old Ac unit. When most would have walked away and said done, James kept on it till it came down to not only was it old, dirty and had a few leaks that he repaired after cleaning the unit up. Long story short he was didn't stop till everything was tested and anyways. Even though we are looking at probably a new unit soon, we had no problem compensating James for his time, cost of materials and services! He will definitely be the one we call when we get new unit.
