Jeremy did a fantastic job making my carpets look better than I've ever seen them! I was so stressed about to state of my carpets and all the stains caused by our dog and the previous owners dogs, and having family coming to visit for the holidays. I felt like no matter what I did the carpets were still looking atrocious. Steam King has made them look so great, it's one huge stressor that has been taken off my plate. Thank you! I cannot speak highly enough of Steam King! Jeremy is both professional and very friendly and he did a wonderful job. Our carpets were so clean and fresh. He also explained what he was doing and ways for us to help keep the carpet fresh in the future. He only charged us what he quoted ahead of time.
